These 60 minute sessions consist of myofascial release work and mindful movement to help restore a state of balance, strength and connection within the body. These sessions are unique to each individual and can vary day to day depending on the needs of your body.
These 2 person sessions utilize the pilates reformer and tower apparatus to focus on strengthening, mobility, and balance.
For Reiki sessions, we focus on calming the mind and body, restoring balance within the nervous system, and creating a safe space for your spirit. Together, we will discuss an intention, but ultimately we trust the reiki to guide the session and offer exactly what is needed. There will be space for sharing about the experience after the session.
Using multiple techniques such as reiki, guided meditation, gentle yoga, and somatic awareness, we invite the body to guide you into a deeper understanding and awareness of yourself and any emotions that may be stored in the body. We hold space for what arises, offering rest, resolution, and integration. These sessions are roughly 90 minutes and I generally like to schedule a follow-up integration session within one-two weeks.
